Core working principle of pellet feed production line
Raw material pretreatment section
After the raw materials are cleaned and sieved to remove impurities, they enter the hammer mill for fine grinding (the mesh aperture is usually 2.0-3.0mm) to ensure the subsequent mixing uniformity.
Precision batching system
The electronic batching scale adopts PLC control, with an error control within ±0.1%, and supports automatic weighing and proportioning of up to 16 kinds of raw materials.
Efficient mixing process
The twin-shaft paddle mixer achieves a mixing uniformity CV≤5% within 90 seconds, and the processing capacity per batch can reach 1-2 tons.
Granulation and molding process
The key equipment ring die granulator gelatinizes starch through die extrusion (working temperature 80-90℃), with a pressure of 100-150kg/cm², producing regular particles with a diameter of 2-8mm.
Post-processing system
The countercurrent cooler reduces the particle temperature from 80℃ to room temperature within 15-20 minutes, and then removes broken particles through a grading screen, and the moisture content of the final product is ≤12.5%.
