As the core equipment of modern animal husbandry, the equipment configuration of pellet feed production line needs to take into account process continuity, production efficiency and product quality stability. 1. Raw material pretreatment system: laying the foundation for production

‌1. Primary cleaning screen and magnetic separator‌

The primary cleaning screen adopts a double-layer screen structure, with the upper screen hole diameter of 10-12mm and the lower layer of 3-5mm, which can effectively separate large particle impurities such as straw and stones, and remove iron foreign matter through the permanent magnetic cylinder to avoid subsequent equipment wear.

The water drop crusher crushes raw materials such as corn and soybean meal to a particle size of 0.8-1.2mm through the multi-stage shearing action of hammers and tooth plates. The screen aperture configuration needs to be dynamically adjusted according to the characteristics of the raw materials to ensure the balance between crushing efficiency and energy consumption.

The system employs both volumetric batching and loss-in-weight metering scales for three-level material measurement. It handles corn, soybean meal and premixes with ±0.1% precision. It supports 16 sets of recipe storage to meet the needs of different breeding stages.

‌1. Double-shaft paddle mixer‌

The mixer features a variable pitch paddle design operating at 40-60rpm, achieving mixing uniformity with CV≤5%. Its 3-5 minute mixing cycle effectively prevents trace element stratification. At the same time, it is equipped with a liquid addition system to achieve precise spraying of oil and molasses.

‌2. Ring die pellet machine‌

Main motor power 55-220kW, ring die linear speed 8-12m/s, adjustable gap between roller and ring die 0.1-0.3mm, for different formulas such as pig feed, poultry feed, aquatic feed, etc., ring die aperture range 2.5-12mm, steam conditioning temperature 80-90℃, moisture 15-17%, to ensure pellet hardness and durability.

‌3. Countercurrent cooler‌

Adopting vertical air duct and adjustable discharge mechanism, cooling time 10-15 minutes, pellet temperature drops to room temperature + 3-5℃, moisture content ≤12.5%, effectively preventing loss of heat-sensitive vitamins, and equipped with dust recovery device to reduce dust concentration in workshop.

3. Post-processing system: ensuring product quality

‌1. Rotary grading screen‌

The double-layer screen features an upper layer with 1.2 times target particle size openings and a lower layer with 0.8 times openings, achieving ≥98% separation efficiency. With a 4-6° screen inclination and 12-18rpm rotation speed, it maintains ≥95% particle integrity rate.

‌2. Packaging system‌

The fully automatic packaging machine features a high-precision electronic scale that handles 5-50kg weighing ranges, operates at 800-1200 bags/hour with ≤±0.2% packaging accuracy. It offers both heat sealing and seam sealing modes while incorporating automatic bagging, edge folding, and coding functions to enhance packaging efficiency and visual presentation.

‌3. Intelligent control system‌

The PLC+touch screen architecture achieves linkage control across the entire production line, integrates fault self-diagnosis capabilities, performs real-time production statistics and energy consumption analysis, enables remote monitoring with full data traceability, and maintains complete production process transparency.
