Feeding stage
The raw materials enter the mixing bin through the feeding port and are mixed with steam or water to soften.
Extrusion molding
The rotating roller forces the material to pass through the ring die hole to form cylindrical pellets.
Cut and cool
The blade cuts to the set length, and the pellets meet the hardness standard after cooling.
Operation guide
Check before starting
Confirm the gap between the die and the pressing roller (recommended 0.1-0.3mm), and lubricate the bearings.
Parameter setting
Adjust the moisture content (generally 12%-18%) and die hole diameter according to the type of raw material.
Operation monitoring
Pay attention to the fluctuation of the ammeter, and stop the machine immediately for abnormal noise.
Daily maintenance
Clean up the residual slag every shift and replace the wearing parts regularly.
