Feed grinder Introduction
Feed grinder is a special equipment used to grind various feed raw materials. It crushes large particles such as corn and soybean meal into suitable particle sizes through mechanical actions such as hammer hitting and tooth plate grinding to improve the digestibility of livestock and poultry, improve the quality of pelleting and optimize the subsequent mixing and conditioning process parameters.

The feed grinder completes the operation through the following process:
Feeding system:

Standard operating procedures
Pre-start inspection:
Confirm that all fasteners are not loose
Check the integrity of the screen (recommend replacement every 200 hours)
Lubricate the bearings (use high-temperature resistant lithium-based grease)
Operation specifications:
Start at no load first, and feed after the speed stabilizes
Control the feed volume not to exceed 80% of the rated capacity
Stop the machine for inspection immediately if there is abnormal vibration
