The 2t/h pig feed pellet production line takes a complete set of mechanical equipment as its core and combines key sections such as crushing, mixing, pelletizing, cooling and screening to achieve stable, continuous and highly clean feed processing and production. The entire line layout is compact and can meet the standardized production needs of small and medium-sized breeding farms and feed mills.
Raw material reception and initial transportation
Bulk corn, soybean meal and auxiliary materials fall into the system from the 2m×2.5m feeding hopper and are smoothly lifted to the crushing section by the TLSS25 screw conveyor (2.2kW). All material channels are made of Q235 carbon steel, which is of high strength and good wear resistance.
Crushing section
The materials enter the 15-200 type self-priming vertical crusher (18.5kW), and the corn is crushed to about 2mm by high-speed hammer pieces. This equipment is equipped with an air suction function, which can reduce heat accumulation and enhance the crushing efficiency, enabling the system to stably achieve a crushing capacity of 1.5t/h.
Mixing and secondary conveying
The crushed materials are conveyed to the 500kg belt helical ribbon mixer (7.5kW) by the second set of TLSS25. The single-batch mixing time is only 3 to 5 minutes, which can achieve a powder uniformity of over 95%, meeting the uniformity requirements of feed formulas.
Granulation, conditioning and molding
The well-mixed raw materials enter the stainless steel temporary storage silo (1m³), and then pass through the variable frequency feeder into the conditioning device. The conditioning device softens the material through steam maturation and then sends it into the SKLH-250 granulator (22kW). This model adopts a stainless steel ring die (with a diameter of 250mm), and its granulation capacity is stable at 1.5-2t/h.
Cooling, sieving and finished product processing
Fresh particles are cooled by the SKLN11×11 counter-flow cooler, bringing the particle temperature close to room temperature (±3-5℃). Subsequently, the powder enters the ZDS60×2 vibrating screen for separation, and then is dusted by the fan and cyclone separator to ensure the purity of the finished particles and the quality of the workshop environment.
This production line features a compact structure, low energy consumption and stable operation, making it a cost-effective solution for the granulation processing of pig feed.
